If your order is not 100% free from defects in material and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a credit or full refund. Please use our contact page if you have questions about a return.
Returns / Cancellations / Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns on non-customized items, if you are unhappy with your item for any reason. Please use the information included below in order to process your return.
· Contact us within 7 days of delivery of your item(s).
· Ship item(s) back within 14 days of delivery date.
· Item(s) must be received in its original condition(s).
· Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
· If item(s) are not returned in its original condition the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can't be returned
Because of the nature of these item(s), unless they arrive damaged or defective, we will not accept returns for:
· Custom or personalized orders / item(s).
We accept cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order; please let us know as soon as possible if you are canceling your order. On a case by case basis over 48 hours we may cancel an order for your item(s), but a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Exchanges on item(s) are not accepted and will not be processed.
All items currently ship on the following Saturday after your order is received. If you need your item(s) faster or would like to request quicker shipping, please use the Contact Page to let us know prior to ordering. Items listed below have longer lead times, please see details below. Large quantity orders are addressed below, please see that section for additional details if large quantities are needed.
Wooden Signs Personalized – 3 to 6 Weeks
Monogrammed Items – 2 to 4 weeks
Chalkboards – 2 to 4 weeks
Table Numbers Made to Order – 3 to 6 Weeks
Cake Stands, Cupcake Stands & Boxes – 2 to 4 Weeks
Orders are shipped in the order that they are received based on our current lead times. Shipping times can fluctuate by a few days depending on our work load and when the order is placed. If you need your order within a specific date range, please use the Contact Page and let us know of your needs prior to ordering to ensure your dates can be met.
You will receive an email and tracking numbers will be provided once your item(s) ship. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, or custom fees. If your package does go missing or arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help locate the lost package or start working to help replace the damaged item(s) and with the claim for the package(s).
If you are planning to place a large order, please contact us so we can work out the necessary details. Understand that a minimum of 1 week will be added to the current lead time(s) to complete your order. We are happy to provide an estimated ship date for your order. We can also work to set up combined shipping for your items to save you money.
